My device isn’t listed on your website. Can I still sell it to Gadget Gobbler?

Yes, if your item is not listed in our database please send us an email and will get back to you shortly. If we cannot pay you for your item we will gladly recycle it for you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, that’s one of the great features of our service. We cover the shipping costs and we pay you to recycle. It’s great for the environment and your pocket!

I don’t have all the accessories for my item. Can I still sell it?

Absolutely, as a matter of fact we recommend not sending in any accessories. We cannot pay you for these items and they will be recycled upon receipt. If you wish to have your device returned for any reason we cannot guarantee the accessories will be returned with it. Please hold onto any accessories or discard of them locally.

How long does it take to receive my payment?

USPS shipping time is out of our control. Once we send out your mailer it usually only takes a few days. Upon receiving your item we begin working as fast as possible. We will notify you once we receive your item and when your check is being sent out.

How does Gadget Gobbler pay me?

Gadget Gobbler will pay you via Paypal or check. You decide which you prefer at the end of the checkout process.

How does Gadget Gobbler determine the value of my item?

Do I need to erase the data on my device?

Before sending your item please clear all the information on your gadget. If your device is not cleared we will gladly do it for you as soon as your item is received. We understand the important of your privacy and your information will never be shared with anyone.

Does my offer expire?

We honor our quotes for 30 days. If you send in your offer after 30 days we will contact you with the new offer. If you would like to see what the value is after 30 days, simply search our database.

Does Gadget Gobbler provide any shipping material?

Yes, upon completion of the checkout process we will send your postage paid shipping material. Once you receive our pre-paid mailer, pack the device, drop it in the mail, and wait for your cash!
